I used to bruise a lot-- just seems to be part of my genetics and of course, worse as you get older. I found a solution that works for me that I share with everyone. For long term to prevent bruising, I take 1000 mg of bioflavonoids (recommended to me by a health food specialist)-- just good for your body overall (contains rosehips). Take 1 or 2 a day and in a couple of months, you should see bruising diminish. For immediate prevention, I do what my grandmother told me to do decades ago-- wet the bruise area with baby oil. This must be done really quickly-- like within 3-4 minutes. It completely stops the bruising most of the time for me. I always have a little bottle on hand. I know everyone is different but these are really simple solutions to a problem that plagues a lot of people, so I like to share my solution. You can find Bioflavonoids on Amazon etc. -- you just have to remember that like other supplements, they will take some weeks to work.

great info, thanks for taking the time to share. Will try it.

Hi
Yes bioflavonides do work really well I am taking a vitamin C8 and it's really made a big difference on healing quickly. I may switch to the bioflavonoids once I'm done this bottle to see if there's much difference.
