Somewhat. I took Boniva for 2 years. My spine stayed the same but my hip decreased slightly. Going the natural route now.

I want to quit so bad because I do t k is if it’s worth taking these drugs. I work out every day and I have not had any broken bones and am in good health otherwise. I tried Prolia with bad effects and Alendronate is not agreeing with me. I want to quit cold turkey and your statement makes me want to quit. So thanks for posting this.
