I appreciate your post. I recently met with Dr. Julio Pow-Sang at Moffitt in Tampa to discuss options for treating my prostate cancer diagnosis (3+4). He was the first health care professional to even mention IRE as a possible treatment option. Others were unfamiliar with it and advocated for prostatectomy right away. IRE seems like a viable option for me. I plan to schedule it after having a repeat biopspy performed at Moffitt to confirm I am a candidate.
