Since you would need to wipe the urethra whenever restrooming it might not be getting the full benefit of the estradiol. Has the doctor considered an estradiol patch? That would be systemic and might do more for the urethra.

The cream is inserted vaginally at bedtime so theoretically it has done its job by morning after most of it comes out. They didn’t mention that a patch was available but got the impression they were trying to avoid a systemic solution.
So are you saying I should expect for these sensations to stop? Thanks for your reply.
