I tried a half dozen different pads. Tena Sensitive Overnight #7 absorbency strength has been my go to.I didn’t qualify for an AUS due to a stricture. I wear a simple incontinence clamp. I used to need 5-6 a day, with the clamp one pad a day is the most I ever need.

I had a structure also. I found a urologist who specializes in radiation caused problems. He did my urethroplasty and 13 months later he did my aus. Have you looked into getting your structure fixed?
