Music, really loud metal music on my headphones help me deal with the pain from my arthritis and neuropathy whenever I'm having a really bad night.

I have constant pain from 2 MS like illnesses and music does the same thing for me. Mine is not metal, but anything that takes me to a happier or even different place. All the best to you and every one of us
