Has anyone had tenex to remove scar tissue after a TKR?

I did talk to the doctor yesterday and he answered my questions and made a follow up appointment thanks. I am still interested to see if anyone else has experience with tenex after a TKR.

I probably wouldn’t want anybody injecting anything into my artificial joint. Not a tried and true method as far as I can read?
