I'm sorry about your Mom but 95 years? Wow that's fantastic.

One thing you can look into for her is Kinesiology Tape. I'm using it now to support the shoulder and allow swelling to decrease (improved circulation). It is commonly called KTape and is available on Amazon. For the record, I'm 70 and getting my left shoulder replaced next month.

I would start off with a tape that has mild adhesion (they aren't specifically called that, but the Pro version adheres more to the skin and can cause problems when removed).

My wife uses two 10" strips of tape and makes an oval around the very top of the shoulder joint. There are videos that show you how to apply the tape.
