No, it is not, but also you don’t want anything with that in it, unless you find out what it is. I read everything. Google what are sugars. They are disguised under many names. You need to probably stay away from all those. I also eat anti inflammatory foods. My diet is the same day in and out but I’ve never been a foodie, so I adjusted easily. I also keep a diary too.
No, Sorbitol is a "no-no". Like the high amounts in prunes and stone fruits.
