Thanks @rfherald - interesting report.
I just noticed that it is from 2021, - so I guess the procedure might be more mature today, - but the only doctor I know about who performs that procedure is the one recommended by @keithmr
Anybody who know other doctores performing Optilumen?

Dr . Capeluto in Atlanta performs Optilume. He told me that my prostate size, 89, precluded me from considering Optilume. Apparently, he thinks Optilume is only for smaller prostates....
