I have oligometastatic cancer, had radical prostatectomy in 2016, general radiation for 2.0 PSA in 2019, radiation for single lesion on my sacrum in 2022 when I started Lupron/Abiraterone/
Prednisone. I was on ADT for three years and now off for nine months. My PSA has been < .1 since 2022 and my Testosterone is now 67 and rising. It was in the 400’s before ADT. I am healthy, exercise daily, eat healthy, don’t smoke or drink. Don’t have any co-morbidities. I had IPP and AUS surgeries earlier this year and am very happy with both. My wife is also happy with the results.

Great results, and they give me hope for my own oligometastatic PCa, that I might not have to be on ADT for the rest of my life.
