I didn't quite follow exactly what you were saying, but it sounds like you need to find a different doctor. What I have learned recently is that inflammation is what seems to cause/contribute to a lot of health-related issues. I have no idea what sort of physical shape you are in, but I know that movement every day (stretching/walking/swimming) eating a healthy diet ( I am currently following an AIP diet) and drinking plenty of water has helped me feel better both mentally and physically. There has been more and more research showing how much our gut imbalances contribute to a variety of issues. I hope you are able to find your miracle. Good luck.
A post script to my scleroderma post..I'd remove it if I could..I am currently trying to pass a 1.7 centimeter kidney stone and have pneumonia. And yesterday my 95 year old Mother passed..your all's support and comment are much appreciated.. but I regret having made the post.. God bless you all and prayers for everyone..!! This is a wonderful forum!! Appreciated it soo much!! Everyone's kindness is wonderful!!..I'll be praying to find another doctor and thank you all for your prayers!

I’m sorry but your message is a little hard to follow, but I think trying some meds might be a good idea. I am a Christian and believe I. Healing but I also believe in modern medicine. I would see a different doctor if you can and get a second opinion.
