I use depends guards during the day. At night time or at home I use the cheaper target or Walmart brand. Not as busy or doing much so the cheaper ones work. They dont hold as much but work fine. I wear jockey or Hanes briefs and the pads dont show at all. Good luck

I tried a half dozen different pads. Tena Sensitive Overnight #7 absorbency strength has been my go to.I didn’t qualify for an AUS due to a stricture. I wear a simple incontinence clamp. I used to need 5-6 a day, with the clamp one pad a day is the most I ever need.
