My situation is very similar beginning with the MSI-H tumor

My story is exceptionally complicated and so I’ll refrain from telling you here and wait to hear from you to see if you’re still out there

The short version is, I had a complete response in my prostate tumor, but the pembrolizumab been approved to treat my small bowel tumor. So in my small bowel tumor was completely eradicated, we stopped the Pembro against my wishes and the prostate cancer came roaring back.

I hope your husband is doing well and I hope you’re still out there. I’d love to hear from you to see how he has responded to the Pembro. If you do respond and are so inclined, I would love to hear what his TMB is. Mine is 51. I think my small bowel tumor which had a complete response to immunotherapy was in the high 70s like 77 or 78 something like that.

Sadly, my husband died in September 2024, about 6 weeks after this post.
