@bdiver1verizon I listen to those who have been where I am - not to those on the outside looking in.
Please do get a professional opinion as to what might be a solution. I'm pretty sure they are not going to tell you to sit down and quit!
Have you had PT for this with a rehab therapist who specializes in spine and back issues?

thanks - yes I had PT in January - it hurt it more. I am trying another PT recommendation now.
