I had internal and external hemorroids. My proctologist performed a staple hemorroidopexy and it was great. NO discomfort!!

Was this outpatient? How long was the recovery? Were there issues with leakage after? My doctor is against it as I am having incontinence due to EPI, and my doctor thinks it will make things worse.
