Sounds similar to my experience. I have been to 9 doctors most of whom hem and haw and give me some kind of explanation, none of which have been correct. My physical therapist told me I have gluteal tendinopathy. When I researched that, it's spot on. It seems no doctor in this area treats it except for recommending physical therapy which I have had several times with no lasting benefit. I don't know what kind of specialist to see. My pain doctor referred me to a neurosurgeon for back surgery but he wouldn't see me until I had PT for my back instead of my hip. I don't want back surgery anyway. It takes forever to get an appointment anywhere.

Sorry to hear what you're going through! It's unbelievable getting in to see any doctor. We finally got in to see a pain management doctor that does spinal decompression table. He has the DRX9000. My husband has gone 6 times already and is finally getting relief. He is able to sit a little longer every day and is able to get behind the wheel and drive -- couldn't for 5 months.

Don't give up! There is a solution out there for you too! Never stop looking! Good luck.
