I just returned from a 3 week trip to Italy. I have a Pari Trek nebulizer and it worked fine with a plug adapter. I also have the attachable portable battery and also used that sometimes. If you bring a portable LED battery you must pack it in a carry-on bag, but you can pack the nebulizer in a checked bag.
