My Experience with Evenity

Hi, I am six months into the Evenity injections and have terrible joint and muscle pain. The pain is a seven on a 1 to 10 scale, mostly in my groin and knees. The bone pain started after the 4th injections. I had my last injections twelve days ago and still have no relief. I left a message for my doctor and received a call back from an assistant who told me my pain is not from the shots. To be fair the message I left stated the pain was from my groin area to my ankles. I left that message because although the worst areas are the knees in the groin, I have pain in my thighs and the lower portion of my legs. I’m considering stopping the shots even though I don’t want to do that because I have severe Osteo. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm confused by your doctor/assistant's lack of concern. The warnings on Evenity state that Atypical Femoral Fracture is a risk. Groin & thigh pain are symptoms. Did the pain go away or did they xray your femur?
