Is there anything I can do to help neuropathy pain In my feet, does a tens unit help? Or compression socks or a cream? Ty

Go on You Tube and type this in - Good Vibes Miracle Nerve Regeneration #GV065 - Play the first video that shows up, it has a blue thumbnail of nerves. Play it for 20 minutes with the speakers on and loud enough. Make sure your affected body parts are a couple of feet away from the speaker. Please try this.
