I have battled fibromyalgia off and on, and I have sebo-psoriasis. I have been on Prolia for about 4 years. The first year I had some fibro symptoms for a few weeks after each injection, but after that I was fine. The drug has worked wonders, taking me from the osteoporosis range back to the osteopenia range.

Thanks for letting me know, @ivannafeelgood. I'm glad to hear it's working well for you, and that the fibro symptoms were transitory. I know it's been 4 years, but do you recall what your T score was in hip/femur when you started? I am wondering how much you had to gain to get back into the osteopenia range.
