My latest PSA level was at its lowest level (have had 7 tests since my prebiopsy PSA taken 2 years ago)…. it’s dropped 26% in two years.

Do I remember well - you are on AS ? If yes, I would advise you to have regular biopsies (every 2 years ) regardless of MRI and PSA . My husband's PSA went up and down and lesion on MRI even shrunk in size but his cancer still continued to change and cells became more aggressive over time. We wish he had more regular biopsies, but we did not know what was the correct protocol and trusted that our urologist knows the best.
