Bruce: Don't borrow trouble. It wasn't nearly as bad I made it out to be. After a couple days, I developed a routine and the catheter was nothing but a minor annoyance. This was in 2020.

Like pretty much all of the process, my mind imagined things to be worse than they actually were. From the catheter to the amount of pain to the actual recovery, all was much easier than my imagination led me to believe they'd be.
