Hi What Wellcare plan is this I looked at them but couldn’t find where you can get this Trelegy for 13 dollars Could you let me know which one Thank you

I would also like to know what Wellcare plan. My Wellcare wants $528 dollars for 1st ! Said it would go down to $161 after $2000 out of pocket. Trelegy website said I could not get assistance since on Medicare.
