There are a number of test arms of this inhibitor listed here: https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05585320

Immuneering has no further update on this trial as of this time.

Immuneering - this is my dream! I hope it works and thank you to those participating in the study. It looks like it doesn't have a limit on the number of treatments you could have already gone through? I just recently got rejected from a promising study that would have addressed my peritoneal cancer that might now have metastasized to my stomach because I had 12 sessions of 5FU in the past. 5FU was going to be paired with Zolbetuximab - drats! I do have an upcoming consultation with an IR to see if I still qualify for histotripsy. I'm on Naliri (I decided to take the steroid following day 1 of the onivyde) in spite of it playing havoc with my blood sugar and I continue to walk! I think it's helping the respiratory allergic reaction I had after my first session; however, prior to the 2nd administration of Naliri my ca19-9 measured at 8600, even though 2 weeks prior it was almost "just" 3000. I'm patiently waiting. God bless everyone!! Carry on Garth!

Thank you for your thoughts. Since I was first diagnosed last year, several people on Mayo Connect have been an inspiration to me, like yourself, gramaryanne, and marienewland. Thank you all!!!!!!
