Well, maybe not close enough for you, but my original (and awesome) CMC surgeon, Dr James W Fletcher, has relocated to Fort Lauderdale, at Broward Health.
It might be worth trying to get at least a phone consultation to see if he thinks there is anything more he or someone he recommends can do for you.
