I receive acupuncture every month ( for many years) and my feet always feel better.

I also receive reflexology every other week which helps restore sensation in my feet.

Many years ago a PT recommended I order RHP Extra Strength Nerve Support Formula and I’ve been taking that daily since it relieves the pain in my feet completely. I highly recommend all three for greatly increased functionality. I also do cardio three or more times a week for 30 minutes in addition to strength training 1-2 times a week. I am 81 years old and working part time as a Craniosacral Therapist, which I also receive monthly. All of this makes a huge positive difference for me.

I also want to add that I want to do whatever I can to remain functional and pain free. A year ago I also went gluten-free, which has made a huge difference for me. It helps reduce inflammation, and blood tests are now normal too where they weren't before. I also eat organic, in the summer I grow my own herbs and vegetables.

While I don't always 'want' to go to the gym to work out, I go anyway and notice the difference in how I walk when I arrive in contrast to how I walk when I leave. I always feel so much better! I also do 25 minutes of stretching exercises daily which helps too.
