Are you aware that histotripsy is already available here in the US at multiple locations for treating metastatic pancreatic cancer tumors to the liver? The first site in the country was the Roger Cancer Center of the University of Michigan. In NYC, renowned Whipple surgeon Christopher Wolfgang at NYU-LangoneMedical Center and K. Steve Lee at Weill Cornell Medical Center-both in Manhattan perform histotripsy on pancreatic cancer patients and is covered by health insurance. Why go to Spain when the U.S. is the leader in this technology and has a proven track-record here?

Do you have any additional insight into this IMM-1-104 trial drug that may be helpful for us that are participating in this trial? Thank you!

I do appreciate your information and I will dig in further and contact each of those places, but I looked up each of these and find nothing in the US for histotripsy for pancreatic cancer. In fact, it seems the first trials for liver histotripsy were also in Spain. I'm sure it will get here, but we need help now.
