I've had ONE acupuncturist really help me. In 2 treatments he made my hyperhidrosis completely go away for 2 months, but I've never found anyone else who was as skilled. He believed the deep muscles around my bones were pinching my nerves so he put needles in my thigh to my bone (like 2" deep) and I felt electrical signals when he did this, but then my muscles relaxed and I felt significant improvement..

I receive acupuncture every month ( for many years) and my feet always feel better.

I also receive reflexology every other week which helps restore sensation in my feet.

Many years ago a PT recommended I order RHP Extra Strength Nerve Support Formula and I’ve been taking that daily since it relieves the pain in my feet completely. I highly recommend all three for greatly increased functionality. I also do cardio three or more times a week for 30 minutes in addition to strength training 1-2 times a week. I am 81 years old and working part time as a Craniosacral Therapist, which I also receive monthly. All of this makes a huge positive difference for me.
