This is in reply to cm’s comment about how to use an inhaler. So true!

You need someone to tell you exactly how to use it. Using an extender, or spacer, is important, as is washing mouth out after use.

But you need to know when to press the inhaler to get the full benefit. You will learn if you’ve done it right by the « feel » you get in your throat.

I also have found that some of those extenders (aka holding chambers) seem to work better than others.

Thanks so much.. I know I was using it wrong sometimes. I could feel it hitting the back of my throat rather than down my throat. I think I have it now. Still not helping much, but a bit.
