I tried Boston two years ago and it did not work for me. Also with Saluda you don't have to carry a remote control for changing the levels of stimulation, Saluda adjusts itself automatically. But, anything that works is worth a try!

I don’t understand that it doesn’t have a remote and it adjusts automatically.
My BS remote has 4 different programs. Two you can feel the stimulation, two not. Also if your pain springs up in a different area for some reason the rep can adjust it to cover more of that area. Hard to believe the other stimulator has the ability to know that.
After experiencing, evaluating, experimenting the different programs I’ve settled on one in particular for 99% of the time.
