Sending good wishes to your sister. I have Graves which is pretty well controlled with Methimazole and moderate Thyroid Eye Disease which is not. I finished a course of a treatment for TED which didn't work for me unfortunately. I'm considering Tepezza as the next step but have to admit I have some concerns about it.
Kudos to you for looking out for your sister. TED can be rough.
