If you notice that your testicle (s) is enlarged more than normal, that’s a question for your surgeon.
As you say, things do get rearranged a bit in surgery but if it’s a blood flow issue that should be looked into IMO.

Thankyou. I'm seeing him Tuesday - initially at my request, just to check that the incisions are healing & check the reason for the pain.
But he's moved my activation date forward from the 15th to next week. Hopefully I'll be out of pain by then.
