received the results now.
Left breast with calcifications, upper outer 6 cm from nipple, stereotactic core biopsy with a top-hat tissue marker clip placement:
- Benign breast tissue showing stromal fibrosis, columnar cell changes and microcalcifications in ductules.

A. Breast, Left, (Targeted Biopsy), calcifications left;upper outer;6:
The specimen was received in formalin in one container labeled with the patient's name, designated "Breast, Left, calcifications left;upper outer;6" and consists of 11 pieces of cylindrical fibrofatty soft tissue cores measuring 0.3 x 0.1 cm in diameter up to 1.6 x 0.2 cm in diameter. The specimen is entirely submitted in two cassettes A1-A2. A1 was 9 pieces of tissue cores transfer from the original cassette in the received container, which may contains the focal micro-calcification(s) of tissue. A2: rest of tissue cores. The specimen was fixed in formalin for a total of 10 hours prior to the submission of section(s) for histopathologic processing.
