I have exactly the same symptoms for over a year. I've tried allergy meds, and they don't make a difference. Stress makes it worse. I'm using Albuterol at night, when it's the worst. I also am taking Sudafed sinus 12 hour. Also Flonase.
I will explore the Trelegy oral inhaler. I would agree with you, it's long Covid, same for me at night.

Also look into the XHance nasal inhaler. I really think that's what helped to clear up the sinus issue. Best of luck!!
