I was diagnosed many years ago with peripheral and autonomic neuropathy due to diabetes. The thing that helped the most was to get the blood sugars into range set by my endocrinologist. Regarding supplements, my doctors recommended a good all purpose daily vitamin with minerals (not an overload of any one particular thing).
