Screams scam to me. I am very sceptical of these devices, supplements and so forth. some people believe taking supplements prevent neuropathy from getting worse, but I’m skeptical of that too. Seems I'm skeptical of most everything, lol.
I've had neuropathy for 40 years and I've never bought any device or any supplements. I think if these devices, supplements worked, the forums would be full of how effective and great they are, but unfortunately that's not what I’m seeing. I tried Gabapentin & Lyrica and neither helped my neuropathy or seizures. I just bought the most comfortable shoes I could find and used orthotics my podiatrist made and tolerated it.

interesting gabapentin and pregabalin work great for me. I couldn’t function without them. I can function basically normally with them 1500 mg of gabapentin hundred milligrams of pregabalin. It’s amazing how some of these drugs work perfectly on people and he had on other people I seem to get absolutely no relief from them. as far as supplements supplying your body with nutrients can’t be all bad. I do believe that most pseudo cures offered commercially on television and on Internet are totally bogus. That’s pretty much all right right now.
