I hope something works for you I don’t use a spacer as the Dr said you need to try and inhale right down into your lungs but I really don’t know how he expects anyone to do that so I do a quick suck in but not a lot goes straight down as I call taste the horrible taste in my mouth and then I rinse my mouth out first with water and then mouthwash. Can’t think of any other way

You aren't the only person to get meds in mouth and back of throat-it's why spacers and chambers have been developed and recommended for years now-it's the easiest way to get inhaled meds "right down into lungs." Exceptions are powdered or breath-actuated.
