Paula do you use the Trelegy with a spacer and rinse your mouth and gargle afterwards? I have voice issues too, on Symbicort. But it works sop well I am not willing to give it up. I'm seeing the speech therapist in July to see if she has any more suggestions for maintaining my voice.

Sue, possibly Symbicort can cause thrush, which can cause loss of voice. I was looking up anoro trelegy side effects and thrush was listed.

I hope something works for you I don’t use a spacer as the Dr said you need to try and inhale right down into your lungs but I really don’t know how he expects anyone to do that so I do a quick suck in but not a lot goes straight down as I call taste the horrible taste in my mouth and then I rinse my mouth out first with water and then mouthwash. Can’t think of any other way
