My husband is Gleason 9 Grade 4, No surgery, radiation in Feb 2023 for 10 weeks. Following started abiraterone 100 mg per day, prednisone and Lupron Depot every three months. Decipher .99. Undetectable psa.
Oncologist told us hubby will stop Abiraterone/prednisone and Lupron at the end of the year. We are worried. But we will follow instructions.

Continued! And the cancer broke through the prostate capsule and was in the seminal vesicles and nerve bundles but no lymph nodes.
