150lbs is 68kg I think?
I’m only 58kg and was put on 1600 ethambutol.

@cd33 and @happyhealthme and all others - There is a weight-based table doctors follow when prescribing ethambutol. There is also a different dosage level for daily and 3X weekly schedules. There are also other considerations for the doctor including disease severity.
If you have a question about how much of any drug you are prescribed, please consult your doctor.
