I used a sequential lymph pump when I first was diagnosed with lymphedema in my leg, now two legs. My insurance paid for it in full. I have a PPO Medicare Advantage plan. It works well. It was easy to use and I would do it first thing in the a.m. for a half hour and at night 30 mins. I switched over to a new medical group and their P.T. said there was a better one and since I now had a new insurance company, they provided me with the one the PT suggested. I don't like it. It's from Tactile and is cumbersome, 7 large thick hoses, a lot of velcro holding everything together. I only use it rarely because I found it's not nearly as effective as my other machine which is stored away in my garage and I plan on setting it up this week. They are very expensive so I doubt Amazon carries anything that will be effective. This second machine cost the insurance company over $5,000. Check with your insurance plan to see if they will provide it for you. It cost them less than my going to P.T. once a week to use theirs for a half hour.
