I have peripheral neuropathy with severe pain in both of my legs and thighs. Gabapentin and Lyrica caused balance and falling problems. B12 injections seem you help but pain is constant when walking. Trying Barefoot shoes and added ALA and magnesium glyconate supplements. Nothing really works and the depression is real.
