COVID Review: 70 yrs old now. COVID March 2020, resulting in brain fog, leg neuropathy, weakness and pain, Raynauds, frequent skin infections from simple bug bites, heat regulation issues. Gluten free diet, NO processed foods including deli meat, pizza, no dairy, 1500 mg l-proline (AA in collagen) . Within 3 months brain fog, leg neuropathy pain and weakness was dramatically improved. Infections stopped after quitting artifical sweetners and adding one ounce pumpkin seeds. Took about two months. The heat dysregulation is directly connected to histamine dysregulation and will require a total avoidence of histamine releasing foods including: tomatoes, salsa, mayo, vinegar and most spices. The dysregulation also causes itching and skin eruptions. If you have a post COVID histamine releasing food issue, the food avoidence should result in less itching and reduced heat dysregulation within 1-2 days. Being nervous also releases histamine. All info is based on my experience. Raynauds remains.

Thank you. This is so helpful to me! I’m seeing two pulmonologists, and now a cardiologist for the oppressive heart palpitations. But the worst is the chronic fatigue.
This is my 4th adventure 😞with the virus, and the worst. Going on 9 months. I’m 72 and trained3x a week because I did NOT wish to be weak as I grew older. I am so unhappy with this.
