I got up around 9:00am and sometimes I eat lunch around 12 or 1 and yes I'm disabled so it doesn't matter about my job I just help a friend of mine around his house watering and feeding the critters

If you can stand, you can have lunch standing up, and after lunch still stand until wanting to poop.

For your information, I had breakfast this morning standing up. After breakfast, I stood for only three minutes, and then I had to run to the bathroom.

I found that my cure also works after lunch, so you can try it after lunch.

But because I stand after breakfast every day, and my cure works every day, so I recommend people to stand after breakfast.
