Great, yours are normal. First, please let me correct my statement upthread about b12. I meant to say that it’s excessive B6 that my neurologist warned me of. Not B12. B12 even in mega doses were fine according to him. I’ve taken large doses of B12 per direction of my neurologist. Currently take 3000 mcg per week sublingual which isn’t considered large by most I’ve talked to. I’m not sure low B12 was the cause of my paresthesia, but it seems a little better since I went in supplement. My doctor did tell me that too much B6 can have very severe symptoms of neuropathy and that’s when he said don’t take any of it in supplement form.
