For me it’s worth a try to avoid compression fractures. I haven’t had a dexa yet to check on progress. I’ve been on Tymlos for 5 months and doing fine. Decided to start at 1/4 dose and work up to full dose. My Dr said Tymlos works better if you didn’t take a bisphosphonate first . Best of luck to you

Thanks that really helps! I am starting my first dose soon and am forced to use Tymlos because my health insurance won't allow Forteo. I will start with a smaller dose.
