Hi, Sue.
I bought the Vortex specifically as it can go in the bottle sterilizer, unlike other spacers. But the Pari info here also says it can be boiled, in case that is helpful:

I don't use a Pari, but I do boil my nebulizers - just a cheapo reusable from the medical supply. After 8-10 sessions boiling, I usually toss. Or I will take the old ones (boiled) along on a trip, use and wash each for a couple days, then toss. It is easier than trying to disinfect along the way unless we are in our camper, where I am set up to do it easily.
I know the vortex tube can be boiled, but I have had bad luck with the internal silicone flap thingie closing right after doing it.
