I have been using red light therapy for 6 years. It has taken the pain away from my feet and the numbness has not progressed. I use a foot and ankle device from HealthLight for 20 minutes a day. I use the same device for my hands. It cost about $1600. You can check it out on their website. It is medical grade and made in the US.

I have idiopathic neuropathy recently dx.but mild symptoms have been going on for about 3 years. No pain but bumpy feelings in my feet, cramping at night, weaking guads.I am 80 years old. A varied daily routine around weight training ,hiking with poles, exercising in a warm pool, stationary bicycling, treadmill depending how I feel. I get a weekly foot massage which works wonders for my tight feet and toes. Have been looking at a company called InLightTherapy for infrared and red light therapy. Has anyone researched them? My rolfer recommend it.
