Thank you for caring! I have an appointment with my vascular surgeon today. Since he did my carotid artery surgery two years ago he is familiar with my medical history! I am hoping I will get proper explanation regarding MRI, incidental finding of severe aortic atherosclerosis. 🤞Also have an appointment with my cardiologist in July! Keeping positive attitude! 👌💃🤷♀️

Your severe atherosclerosis was found through unrelated examination. I wonder how many people have this same condition without knowing. My research on the internet suggests that this may be a contributing factor to hypertension and heart disease. How did you find out that your abdominal aorta was only 0.5 mm?
